Target Group

You will send us a list of pre-selected institutions (HCOs), which shall be promoted with one or more (educational) grants.

Approach

We contact the HCO(s) and send a detailed information on the provision of the grant(s).

Nomination

The nomination of benefitting Health Care Professionals (HCPs) is at sole discretion of the HCO(s). The corresponding contact details will be sent to us digitally.

Booking

The nominated HCP(s) receive a personalised link to our digital GDPR-compliant platform where they can comfortably enter their relevant personal data for the registration as well as their travel preferences. According to all relevant compliance rules, we will book all services covered by the grant.

Confirmation

In good time prior to the event, the delegates will receive all relevant information and confirmations for their participation.

Support

Throughout the entire process, we offer an extensive and solution-oriented support for any questions and wishes.

Documentation

With our transparent reporting tools, you will have a clear overview on all relevant (anonymised) data at any time.

Conclusion

After the event, you will receive a detailed final (cost) overview as well as an official final invoice in good time.
